Return & Exchange Policy


1. Core Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refunds: All refunds are issued exclusively as Store Credit.

2. Store Credit Details

  • Issuance: Store credit is issued within 24 hours after the return parcel is received at our warehouse.

  • Delivery: The credit note will be sent via email/SMS as a digital gift card.

  • Validity: Valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

  • Value: The credit reflects the sale value of the items returned. Shipping costs and COD fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the credit.

3. Exchange Process

  • Logic: Exchange orders are initiated once the original item is picked up.

  • Inventory: If the requested size/style is out of stock, our team will contact you for an alternative or issue store credit.

  • Eligibility: Each order is eligible for a return/exchange only once. Orders placed using Store Credit are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Window: You must report damaged, defective, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery to care@evara.me.

  • Evidence: Please share clear images and a brief description. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or store credit.

  • Authenticity Note: Minor color variations from website images are signs of handcrafted authenticity and are not considered manufacturing defects.

5. Logistics & Pickups

  • Reverse Pickup: We offer reverse pickups for most pincodes across India.

  • Self-Ship: If your pincode is unserviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the item to our warehouse. Upon passing Quality Check (QC), we will add ₹150 to your store credit to compensate for your shipping costs.

  • Condition: All items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Items that fail QC will be rejected and sent back at the customer's expense.

6. Order Cancellations

Cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped. Once dispatched, the standard return/exchange policy applies.
