Return & Exchange Policy
1. Core Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds: All refunds are issued exclusively as Store Credit.
2. Store Credit Details

Issuance: Store credit is issued within 24 hours after the return parcel is received at our warehouse.

Delivery: The credit note will be sent via email/SMS as a digital gift card.

Validity: Valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

Value: The credit reflects the sale value of the items returned. Shipping costs and COD fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the credit.
3. Exchange Process

Logic: Exchange orders are initiated once the original item is picked up.

Inventory: If the requested size/style is out of stock, our team will contact you for an alternative or issue store credit.

Eligibility: Each order is eligible for a return/exchange only once. Orders placed using Store Credit are not eligible for further returns or exchanges.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

Window: You must report damaged, defective, or missing items within 48 hours of delivery to care@evara.me.

Evidence: Please share clear images and a brief description. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or store credit.

Authenticity Note: Minor color variations from website images are signs of handcrafted authenticity and are not considered manufacturing defects.
5. Logistics & Pickups

Reverse Pickup: We offer reverse pickups for most pincodes across India.

Self-Ship: If your pincode is unserviceable for reverse pickup, you may self-ship the item to our warehouse. Upon passing Quality Check (QC), we will add ₹150 to your store credit to compensate for your shipping costs.

Condition: All items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned with original tags and packaging. Items that fail QC will be rejected and sent back at the customer's expense.
6. Order Cancellations
Cancellations are only possible before the order has been shipped. Once dispatched, the standard return/exchange policy applies.

Shipping & Delivery
Most orders are delivered within 2–4 business days across India. Metro cities like Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, and Hyderabad typically receive orders in 2–4 days. Remote areas may take up to 7 days.
Yes, we deliver to all serviceable pin codes across India including tier 2 and tier 3 cities. You can check delivery availability by entering your pin code on the product page before placing your order.
Orders & Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email with your tracking link. You can also track your order by visiting our Track Order page and entering your order number.
Orders can be cancelled or modified within 2 hours of placement. After that, the order moves into processing and cannot be changed. Please contact us immediately at care@evara.me or WhatsApp us on if you need to make changes.
If your order hasn't arrived within 7 business days of placing it, please reach out to us with your order number at care@evara.me. We will investigate with our courier partner and resolve it within 48 hours.
Payments & COD
Yes — COD is available across most pin codes in India. You can select Cash on Delivery at checkout. Please note that COD orders require a small confirmation before dispatch to reduce failed deliveries.
We accept all major payment methods including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit and credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery. All online payments are processed securely.
Sizing & Fit
We carry sizes XS (32), S (34), M (36), and L (38). These refer to your bust measurement in inches. Visit our Size Guide for a full measurement chart. When in doubt, we recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
Yes — our kurtis are designed to run true to size with a relaxed fit. If you prefer a more fitted look, you can size down. The product page for each kurti mentions the exact fit and the size our model is wearing.
Fabric & Care
Most of our products are made from 100% pure cotton — soft, breathable, and perfect for India's climate. Some styles use a cotton-linen blend for added structure. The exact fabric is mentioned on each product page under the Fabric & Care section.
We recommend gentle machine wash in cold water or hand wash. Always dry in shade — avoid direct sunlight to prevent colour fading. Do not bleach. Iron on medium heat inside out. Full care instructions are printed on the garment label.
Our fabrics are pre-washed and colour-treated to minimise fading. Following the care instructions — cold wash, shade dry, no bleach — will keep the colours vibrant for a long time. Some natural colour variation in the first wash is normal for pure cotton fabrics.
