1. What payment methods does Evara accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, popular wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) across India. COD is available on most pincodes.

2. Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?

Yes! COD is available on most pincodes across India. A small convenience fee may apply at checkout and is non-refundable.

3. Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Yes — cancellations are possible before the order has been shipped. Once dispatched, the standard return/exchange policy applies.

4. How long does delivery take?

We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery is 2–5 business days across India, depending on your pincode. You'll receive WhatsApp/Email tracking once shipped.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship only within India. International shipping is on our roadmap.

6. What if my order is delayed?

If unforeseen events cause delays, we'll notify you and share an updated estimate. Reach out to care@evara.me anytime for help.

7. How do I find my size?

Check our Size Guide — we have body measurements in inches for XS through XL. When in doubt, size up. Still unsure? WhatsApp us before ordering.

8. Do Evara kurtis run small or large?

Our kurtis are designed for an easy, flattering fit and follow our size chart. They are pre-washed so the fit you receive is the fit that stays.

9. What fabric are Evara kurtis made of?

Every Evara kurti is crafted in 100% pure cotton — breathable, soft and screen-printed by real hands. Perfect for India's weather and everyday wear.

10. How do I care for my kurti?

Machine wash cold with similar colours. Avoid bleach. Dry in shade. Iron on medium. Minor colour variation from the website image is a sign of authentic hand printing.

Returns & Exchanges

11. What is Evara's return policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Refunds are issued as store credit valid for 30 days. Items must be unworn, unwashed and have original tags. See full policy here.

12. How do I initiate a return or exchange?

Visit our returns portal at evara.me/apps/return_prime. We offer reverse pickup on most pincodes; otherwise self-ship with a ₹150 store credit on QC pass.
